glyph_gradientWe’d like to thank everyone for submitting their videos to  our Glyphmedia community spotlight section on Youtube. In the mix are some real gems and the likes of Sascha Hauser’s ‘Mustard Buildings’ edit is currently generating a lot of positive interest. In order to give everyone a chance at being on the frontline and to prevent our page from being flooded, we won’t be uploading any more than 2 videos per day. Already there is a backlog building up but for all those who’ve submitted their edits, as long as they are of good enough quality, they’ll be queued and uploaded in due course.

ok so I am 12 I have been doing free running/ parkour for about a month and a few weeks I can do a cat leap some vaults a handstand but only about a few seconds and rolls now all iwant to know is if I am progressing good slow fast or bad and is 12 a good age to start

Well to me, age means nothing when it comes to how good your progressing.
If you think you’re progressing well for how long you’ve been doing it and for how old you are, then that’s all that matters.
Im 16 & Ive been doing Parkour/ Free Running (properly, taking it seriously) for about 7/8 monthes, and only in the first month or 2 I started commiting to do alot more things such as flips. And ever since then I have trained pretty much every single day. It’s all about how much you train really. If you don’t train alot, you won’t progress as much.

I’m 12 and i’ve been doing freerunning for about just under a year and i can do lots of big(ish) jumps and almost all the tricks i care to mention but i can’t do any of the flip tricks ( wall spin and front flip/back flip being the most annoying as the others are really advanced) and the things made worse by the lack of access to any mats or training rooms. i feel like i CAN do it but i come running along and my brain jolts me to a stop screaming not to throw myself upside down on to me head.
Any advise and how long did it take any one else to learn a flip?
