Now that we’re in full swing with Devil’s Playground, we’re going to be tied down with filming and production duties right through to Jan. The project itself is looking very sharp and it’s a great pleasure to be involved in something so ambitious (and fun). FX makeup and camera tests are now done and as of Monday the 23rd November we start to work on-site choreographing set sequences with the cast and stunt team. Ordinarily we’d be very excited anyway, but on this project we have Mark McQueen as the director who was also responsible for the slick opening action sequence of the BBC show that covered the 2009 World Freerun Championships. We also have Jason Shepherd as DP who was also director of photography for the critically acclaimed Jump London documentary, so for us it’s a complete win win situation. Through our own involvement we’ll be opening up the door to over 40 freerunners to be included and as things progress, we hope to be able to keep a blog detailing the body count as things develop.
