Established in 2003, Urban Freeflow (UF) were the first ever professional organisation set up to cater for Freerun and Parkour. Responsible for starting and nurturing the UK scene, UF has been the driving force behind the movement, seeing exponential growth in the sport/art/discipline on a global scale. The pioneering work set in place has seen Urban Freeflow develop into an international brand that exudes quality on every level.

In association with our business management team, AOB (All Our Business) we developed the World Freerun Championship series in 2008. The first event was staged at the iconic Roundhouse venue in London to a 2000 capacity audience and featured 20 international athletes representing their respective countries. With Barclaycard as title sponsors and Adidas, Sony Ericsson and Electronic Arts as secondary sponsors, the event received unprecedented media coverage and was filmed exclusively by Sky Sports for TV broadcast.

We’re also developing a Freeflow Games (working title) which will see the coming together of the leaders in Urban Sports to deliver a bespoke festival event.

At grass roots level, Urban Freeflow stages all manner of workshops and has to date, run 13 of the legendary ‘PK Days’ which are gatherings of practitioners within the Freerun/Parkour community. These attract 250-500 people at a time and are held as jam type events with structured training for those who want it. They are generally held with a DJ present to set the tone and allow for relaxed time training whilst getting to know like minded people. In addition, we’ve staged over 400 workshops events in the UK and have travelled around the world in our quest to spread the word.
