Delivery Times
Provided
that the your order details are correct and your chosen design/colour is
in stock, we will begin to process your garment normally within 72 hours
of receipt during business days. Once you've placed an order with Urban
Freeflow, you will receive a Paypal reference number. You will be
contacted if we experience any out-of-stock designs/colours and will be
asked for a second design/colour choice or your order will be processed
when your original choice next becomes available.
All Orders are dispatched via first class recorded delivery,
however all Urban Freeflow tees/hoodies are individually prepared to
order, therefore please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign and take delivery
of your goods.
Price
and Payment
The total price payable
for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order
whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make
adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our
supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Prices may
be subject to change if the price published for the goods is wrong. In
all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the
opportunity to cancel the order.
Payment
Methods
We accept Visa,
Maestro, Switch, MasterCard, Solo, Electron, Amex and Delta as forms of payment. On
the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and
details as shown on your credit card. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your
order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has
been properly received.
Returns Policy
Kindly
ensure that you intend to purchase the garment/s before placing your
order, as we do NOT wish to upset any of our customers whom request
refunds due to simply "changing their mind".
However, we
stand behind every garment that we manufacture. Because we believe that
we offer a unique high quality service at sensible prices, and every
garment is processed to order. They are then carefully checked and
packaged, we know you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases.
However, there are times when items are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly
shipped. If you experience any of these, we'll gladly replace them.
We must
emphasise that we are NOT wholesalers and do NOT carry standard stock to
support order replacements/refunds. However, if there is a genuine fault
with the garment/s condition, please notify us immediately.
Our team take pride in their work and produce every garment to your
specific requirements. We do not wish to receive any returned garments
where possible. It is expensive and further adds to our manufacturing
costs.
We DO NOT accept ANY returns or
refunds unless authorised by one of our personnel via email.
If a return/refund has been agreed, We
only accept returned garments with the original tags and/or
labels attached and if the garment has
NOT been used or washed.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
