Under Armour Cold/Warm Weather Gear

Practising outside in the winter periods can bring a whole World of misery.  Sure, once warmed up you just need to keep running about to keep warm, but that takes a lot of time and effort.  A lot of people (especially beginners) are deterred by cold weather and either prefer to look for somewhere to train inside, or just give up the ghost totally and head home to the trusty Xbox. If you are still committed to the cause and want to train as normal but are being put off by the winter chill, there's a simple answer to totally negate any problems.....insulation.
Instead of piling on extra layers of tee-shirts or hoodies to combat the cold (which often make it uncomfortable to move), all you need is an Under Armour top.  These tops are wafer thin and ultra lightweight.  So much so that when wearing one, you almost instantly forget that its there. With Under Armour you have two types which are applicable to what we do; one for cold weather and one for hot weather......

Cold weather top
Uses insulating microtherm fabric to deliver core temperature regulation and breathable comfort. These tops usually come in long sleeve form and are a snug fit.  If out practising in the cold weather, one of these tops on your torso and a beanie hat to stop the heat escaping from your head, is all you need to compliment your regular training gear.  You will instantly notice a massive difference and will not have to waste any extra time on trying to keep warm.  A couple of the team wear these while outside training and swear by them.

Warm weather top
This top is skin tight and maximises moisture transport, pushing sweat to the fabrics surface, where evaporation pulls it from the body. Comes in tee-shirt or vest cut and sits unnoticed under a regular t-shirt.  Long gone are the days of wearing your favourite tee-shirt , training your ass off and in turn, sweating buckets only to find your shirt crystallised with salt stains from your sweat. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you're obviously not training hard enough. ;)  These tops come with a seal of approval from the UF team as we've all been using these under our tee's while on the workshop tour.
