 Exercise Bands

For those looking to boost body strength without having to go through the rigmarole of weight training, these exercise bands are spot on and very cheap too.  For as little as £10 you can purchase this extremely versatile bit of kit that can effectively exercise the entire body, while being small and compact enough to stash away anywhere or pack into your backpack.
From personal experience, I used mine solely for rehab training while recovering from a serious knee injury and can't find fault in it. Most recently while travelling, I've made a point of taking mine everywhere as it can never be guaranteed that the hotels I'm staying at, have adequate gym equipment.

As far as brands go, they are all pretty much equal.  You can get adidas, Nike, Reebok etc and they are all within a very affordable price range with very little difference between them aesthetically.

One bit of kit that comes highly recommended.
