“Thank you so much for your recent significant contribution to the launch of the Toyota Aygo at the Geneva motor show. The show was exciting, challenging and very different to previous Toyota car launches. The feedback we have received so far has been full of praise, much of which is down to your own enthusiasm. Many thanks for helping us make the event run so smoothly and we would particularly like to thank you all for your hard work, as it really was an amazing performance”. - Jack Morton Worldwide (Toyota).
“I just wanted to say to all of you….Thank you so much for your work, patience and professionalism throughout this project. You were all a pleasure to work with and all complete gentlemen. You’re a credit to your craft and I look forward to many more things we can do together”. - Gary Lloyd, Choreographer for the 77th Royal Variety Performance performed live on ITV and in front of Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh.
Feature Films/Documentaries
As the sport grew under the commercial spotlight, production companies began to see that Parkour/Freerun provided a particular type of explosive action that regular stunt men had never been able to provide. This saw a rush of interest to include high octane rooftop and chase scenes on the big screen for both films and commercials. Here are some of the movies that we’ve provided services for: Breaking & Entering, District 13, Blood & Chocolate, Casino Royale, 28 Weeks Later, Punisher and Devil’s Playground.

In 2004 We played a central role in the critically acclaimed Jump Britain documentary and this was largely responsible for launching us as an international brand. Since that documentary aired on the UK’s Channel 4, we’ve never looked back and have gone on to spearhead a global phenomenon. The documentary work we’ve been involved in to date consists of the following: Jump Britain (UK and France), Urban Freeflow (UK, France, Greece, Japan, Turkey and USA), The Way (France), Planet Parkour (Singapore), Urban Running (USA), How Bruce Lee Changed The World (UK and USA).
“If Jump London was a film about Parkour, Jump Britain was a film about Urban Freeflow. Without the UF guys, there would have been quite simply no Jump sequel made in 2004. It’s a testament to their skills and personalities that it exists. They stepped up, they let us fuck their lives around for 2 months, and they sparkled”. – Mike Christie, Director of Jump London and Jump Britain.

Commercials
The commercial world has been where most activity involving Parkour/Freerun has been generated, with the obvious dynamics of what we do transferring perfectly to all manner of advertising scenarios. This has seen us being involved in all levels of commercial production from: consultation, storyboarding, site scouting, stunt coordination, choreography and athlete services. We’ve worked with some of the biggest brands in the world to deliver top end TV commercials, viral ads and global print campaigns.

“Look no further – UF are the real deal. Having just completed one of the most demanding commercials of my career, I want to thank the guys for their tireless professionalism, talent, patience and above all, humour. Having worked with UF once before, I was completely at ease knowing that I could count on them to help me execute a blend of complicated visual effects and Parkour for a compelling ad. My clients in New York were thoroughly impressed and excited to be working with such a great team. I’m looking forward to working with Urban Freeflow again soon”. - Andrew Walton, Director of the SAP and Speedstick commercials.

Live Events
In association with our business management team, AOB (All Our Business) we developed the World Freerun Championship series in 2008. The first event was staged at the iconic Roundhouse venue in London to a 2000 capacity audience and featured 20 international athletes representing their respective countries. With Barclaycard as title sponsors and Adidas, Sony Ericsson and Electronic Arts as associate sponsors, the event received unprecedented media coverage and was filmed exclusively by Sky Sports for TV broadcast. The 2nd World Freerun Championship was staged in August of 2009 at Trafalgar Square, London, and was sponsored exclusively by Barclaycard. It featured 27 top level international stars, was broadcast live on the BBC and attended by 8,000 spectators. This event smashed all expectations with regard to media attention and was also broadcast as a 6 part series in the US on the G4 network. The show was also distributed and aired in the Middle East.
We’re currently developing the Concrete Capital (working title) which will see the coming together of the leaders of various Urban Sports disciplines to deliver bespoke international festival events.

Set Design
Over the years as our experience has grown, we’ve gone from advising on the building of simplistic and inexpensive structures to elaborate ones costing in excess of £500,000 GB Pounds. We’ve provided our expert services to a wealth of clients like Barclaycard, Adidas, Honda, Sony Ericsson, Hewlett Packard, Royal Navy, Toyota, Redbull, Microsoft and Mercedes for specific one-off shows. Most recently we designed the structures for the World Freerun Championship series and were consulted for the Mayor’s Thames Festivals in 2008 and 2009. In addition, we have partnered with Playworld Systems and have developed a series of specialist Parkour/Freerun parks within the UK.

Film Production
Urban Freeflow has its own self contained film unit in place and is able to provide for all aspects of film-making and stills photography from direction, camera-work, post-production and editing on all formats. UF have previously been commissioned to direct/produce/edit for the likes of Adidas, Ecko, Sony Ericsson, Redbull, Nokia and Mercedes-Benz. Various edits of ours have also been licensed for DVD and TV such as the Extreme Sports Channel, the Jump Britain documentary, Boost Mobile and the District 13 feature film.

Classes
Since establishing ourselves in 2003, the grass roots area has been something we’ve nurtured all along. With an online community that now boasts over 900,000 people, there have always been practitioners looking for places to train and learn safely. We were the first company to develop and deliver classes to schools in the UK and to launch a training academy. We then went on to work with the Mayor of London, Tate Britain, the Metropolitan Police and British Armed Forces to deliver tailored workshops. In addition, we’ve run classes for a selection of brands and corporate clients and as with anything we do, these can always be tailored to suit any given situation. On a community level, we’ve run a host of Urban Freeflow ‘PKDay’ Events (13 in total), ‘Free London’ events (8 in total) and many smaller UF workshops (over 400 in total). “All of our students were totally and utterly absorbed in the course. I have never seen them so focussed and attentive as they were towards the instruction they were given. They could not get enough of it and have worked the hardest many of them have ever done in a physical context. The students commitment and enthusiasm was generated directly by the Urban Freeflow team and it was almost tangible as they worked together. One student commented to me that it was the best day of his life. As head of Physical education I was delighted to hear this. I fully recommend Parkour/Freerun to any school and especially the Urban Freeflow team to deliver it. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or a better response from the students”. - Keith Salter, Head of Physical Education, King Edwards VI Community College.
